Subsequent Offering Information – Ensurge Micropower ASA
Overview
Reference is made to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 10 November 2023 approving the subsequent offering raising up to NOK 12.5 million through the offering of up to 125,000,000 shares (the "Offer Shares") on similar terms as the private placement announced by the Company on 18 October 2023 (the "Subsequent Offering").
The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering commences on 1 December 2023 and expires on 15 December 2023 at 16:30 CET.
Participation in the Subsequent Offering is, inter alia, conditional upon you (or a company represented by you) owning shares in the Company on 18 October 2023 (as recorded in VPS on 20 October 2023). It is the number of shares held and registered on VPS on 18 October 2023 that determines the number of subscription rights granted. Each entitled shareholder has been granted 0.1171 subscription rights per share registered as owned by the shareholder as of 20 October 2023.
The subscription price in the Subsequent Offering is NOK 0.10 per share.

Enclosed is also the Subscription Form for the Subsequent Offering, and the Prospectus which contains further information on the Subsequent Offering.
